About the role
Are you passionate about identifying top talent and fostering a culture of growth and excellence? Do you want to get experience within the HR area alongside with your current studies? As our Talent Acquisition/HR Intern at Xensam, you will play a vital role in supporting our People & Culture team in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the best talent, among other HR tasks and projects. 

This internship has the potential to transition into a part-time TA/HR Assistant role based on performance and business needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in their daily tasks, such as screening resumes.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Support the People & Culture team with various HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Highly engaged, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to recruitment and HR tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
